Spinach and Chia Seed Smoothie

1 cup of almond milk ( soy milk or milk)

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter ( I used White Chocolate Peanut Butter )

2 cups of fresh spinach

4 frozen strawberries ( you can use whatever fruit you desire )

1 frozen banana

1 tsp chia seeds

Blend all together and enjoy!!
